Our no-questions-asked policy is designed to provide peace of mind.It's important to note that our policy does not extend to standard wear and tear or zipper breaks. Given the stresses cycling places on zippers, occasional breaks can occur. While we can't repair zippers, if the break is attributed to a manufacturing fault, we'll happily replace, refund, or exchange the product within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

To initiate the process, simply shoot us an email along with your purchase receipt, detailing the crash, and outlining the damage to the garment. Don't forget to include a snapshot of the hole or tear, and if your dog played a role, we'd love to see a picture of the adorable culprit.
Once we assess the damages, we'll provide you with clear instructions on returning the product and guiding you through the steps to restore it to a usable state.
Please be aware that the repair process may take up to 8 weeks from the time the item arrives at our office. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
